Stephen joined Quinn M&A as a Director after succeeding in a range of transactional advisory, financial services and project management roles. Most recently within this experience, Stephen worked in conjunction with a large transactional advisory firm, managing countless business divestment and acquisition projects for clients from a range of different industries. Prior to this, Stephen worked extensively on over $200 million worth of business acquisition and divestment projects for an Australian-based, multi-national manufacturing and construction company.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Registered Business Valuer. He is also a trained negotiator with ENS International – the world’s leading authority on commercial negotiations.

Stephen is passionate about what he does, and frequently conducts speaking engagements and training sessions for a range of different groups including accountants, financial planners, lawyers and business owners.

In a recent interview, Stephen was asked what he enjoys most about what he does. To this he said, “Selling a business or expanding through acquisition can be challenging. Confidentiality is paramount, skillful negotiation is crucial and relationships are key. To this end, my enjoyment comes from providing my clients with quality, holistic advice to manage the entire sale or purchase process successfully, whilst both exceeding my client’s expectations and ensuring a stress free experience.”

Stephen has wide ranging experience with a number of different industries and business types and specialises in advising clients on the acquisition, divestment, merger and valuation of medium-sized companies throughout NSW.

Stephen’s extensive experience in business acquisitions, divestments, mergers and valuations, accompanied with his natural ability to build and manage relationships equip him to consistently exceed his client’s expectations.
